This large detached family home originally dates back to the 18th century and has recently undergone major alterations and refurbishment. The aim of the customer being to retain the beauty, character and charm of the property whilst upgrading the look and performance of the windows and doors. Bespoke joinery items have now been installed in both the original traditional part of the house and the more modern part of the building which was added at a later date. 5 door bifolds and 2 sets of fully glazed french doors all with storey frames now make up a magnificent orangery, allowing the maximum amount of natural light to flood in, creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space. Traditional casement and sash windows have also been crafted and fitted to the remainder of the building bringing this project to completion. All the windows and doors were produced using Accoya, and fully factory finished with a Teknos coating and Argon filled glazing units.

This detached property in a beautifully quiet and much sought after Kidderminster location now benefits from this stunning new addition. A fully factory finished garden room manufactured in Accoya and finished in Wimbourne White with contemporary brushed satin stainless steel hardware. The oversized windows and double doors allow the light to flood in whilst the solid roof with remote controlled opening lights are a great way to control the temperature thus making it a perfect space that will be utilised all year round. This joinery was manufactured to the clients exact requirements and we are delighted with the results. Our customer is now enjoying their own individual and uniquely designed extension and has enjoyed being involved in the project every step of the way.

Garden room extention by Wyre Forest Woodcraft in Kidderminster

Once part of Kidderminsters thriving carpet industry, this historic building was given a new lease of life in 2016/17 when it underwent major regeneration work. Part of this included a new waterfront development of cafes, bistros and coffee shops. We were chosen by the developer to supply the joinery for the project. We strongly advised the use of Accoya and we were able to achieve completely differing looks with some having an opaque painted finish and others having a translucent coating. We worked closely with the architect to ensure that the job was completed on schedule and we were happy to see these businesses open and attracting their first customers.

This large detached family home in Worcestershire was recently refurbished with purpose made joinery. This house had at some time been fitted with upvc windows and doors and the customer was keen to get back the elegant looks that this property had once enjoyed. Fully factory finished Accoya windows and doors were manufactured by our craftsmen and fitted by our team. The windows are a combination of casement style windows and sash windows. Both are manufactured using traditional joinery methods and benefit from having Argon filled, toughened, double glazed units with astragal bar. This gives a greater U value whilst retaining a classic look. All of this joinery was coated with a 3 coat spray applied coating system. Our standard multi point locks and the high quality hardware completes the look. This home now has a beautiful new look, increased energy efficiency, improved acoustics and a new lease of life.
