Timber is the only truly, fully sustainable building material. With a growing concern over the products we use in our lives, wood must play a leading role in the future. We use timber from managed woodland which is PEFC and FSC certified. This gives you the guarantee that it comes from a sustainable resource. It is the eco friendly choice when considering new or replacement windows, doors, conservatories, etc.

Combine this with the modern technology used in glazing manufacture and it is possible to purchase a product with fantastic thermal values, which comes from a sustainable source and that will last for many, many years. The fact that it also looks great is just a bonus.

As part of our commitment to the environment we are constantly striving to improve our energy efficiency. Each year our policy is reviewed and by continuing to invest, we take another step closer to helping to reduce climate change, save the environment and offset our carbon footprint. As trees are our best natural defence against the climate crisis, and with timber being at the heart of everything we do, it seems only fitting that we give back. Having already planted over 100 native trees in our local area, we are committed to continue with our endeavours over the coming years. In addition to this, the majority of our wood waste is now recycled and a by-product of our purpose made joinery is environmentally friendly eco nuggets, tonnes of which we have donated to charity to help those struggling with fuel bills in these uncertain and challenging times. These wood nuggets are ideal for wood burners and a made from material that would otherwise go to landfill.
